Confirm, and saw the same in other scenarios as well (that are - by description - supposed to have "first to" scores.
This is visible in game 447161118, in end of game summary - no "first to" bonus is listed for either player (and two such bonuses should have been awarded).

Not only in episode 9, also 7 and 8. (All bonus for "first" weren't counted.)

Can confirm that this bug still exists - 5 points for being the first do not count in either of the episodes 7, 8 and 9.
