• ¿En qué etapa de la partida ocurrió el problema? ¿Cuál era la instrucción actual del juego?
After Quitting 3 of 4 players quit and one logged off.• ¿Qué sucedió cuando trataste de hacer una acción de juego (mensaje de error, mensaje en la barra de estado del juego, ...)?
4 Player game.
1 Player left without logging off.
Remaining 3 players quit/abandoned the game.
Remaining players cannot start new games or access ongoing games because they keep getting redirected back to the game that they've all quit.
The only way we could get the game to let us out was to call the player who had logged off and get them to log back on and abandon the game.
As the game was real time and they had logged out, the system should have allowed the game to be abandoned by the remaining players.• ¿Qué navegador estás usando?

Was the game started without a timer? I believe this is how BGA website works and not particular to Liverpool Rummy.
If you create the table with timer enabled (even a long one) then when someone leaves, their timer will go negative and the other players will be able to expel them.
There is nothing I can change about this within my game. It is a feature of the BGA website.

In the log for Table 428362966 I see the Game mode was "Friendly mode: no rankings, no time limit per turn, no penalties. Real-time game." So this is how the BGA site works. No time limit means you cannot kick someone out.
