While using the potion the game is supposed to ignore color restrictions when moving items from the beaker into an incomplete potion. However, it does not allow mixing the other colored ingredients with the light green ingredient.

Not a bug. I thought it might be too, but I found in the rules "Mandragora Leaf Ingredient marbles have another limit: you can’t change their color with any color-changing Potion effect."
