My association is level 1, opponents level 2. I play Cobra, hypnotize them, use Association with Strength 8 (3 + 5 X tokens). (Move 248)
I take Partner Zoo action, I get 3rd partner zoo as normal. (Move 257)
Then I take Support Conservation Project action, I support, it, but I cannot get 4th Partners zoo - Neither from Map Bonus, nor from Conservation bonus. (Move 261)
