Playing as the Cosmo corp, unlocked their ability where "Rovers moving onto energy terrain do not spend movement". However instead of being able to move on this for free I was no longer allowed to move my rover onto energy terrain (could not collect meteors on energy terrain or cross it in any way.

squares simply are not highlighted for rover movement, also checked if maybe squares on the other side were hilighted just allowing you to skip accross it (still wouldn't help getting meteors), but this wasn't the case either. Just had to go around it.
