This is a general problem with replay logs overall. You see things on desktop that you can't on mobile, such as anything that requires mousehover.

On Ark Nova by example we can see both computer and phone the card token by the opponent.
This is only with Splendor duel I have this bug and honestly this is completely unbalancing the game …

Suggest that we can see opponent reserved cards as if we have a perfect memory. Only hide reserved cards taken face down from a draw pile.
