The animation for opening the tooltip gets "stuck" in an oval frame with blinking question mark, depending on where the mouse stops. It seems to be if you hover at the border or near the inside and stop there instead of continuing towards the center.• ¿Qué navegador estás usando?

The tooltip closes when I try to get a screenshot. I hope the description is enough.
My instinct when I saw the blinking was to move the mouse away, so it took me a few tries until I realized what was going on. It might save some confusion if the frame could open all the way without following the cursor.

yes that's probably due to a point which is inside the question mark circle (so it opens) then not in the square (so it immediately close) and so on.

ok, i've seen it only concerns one or two pixels, i won't make an update for that except if lot of players are bothered with this.
