It might be due to e314 having no ambassadors to convert at the beginning of phase F, but enough philosophers already in stock.
e314 appears to not have advanced at all (even though he got the choice), and only one token got revealed (both should have been, then the players choose independently)
Using hotseating may also be a part of the issue, since it refreshes the page a lot more than playing alone.

That doesn't solve the "first player to click" issue, but should help find the "did not advance" problem.
No ambassadors to convert, but a lot of philosophers due to having bought a blue card this round.
The bug is now fixed.
