FYI, this option is ignored by the game if there is more than 2 players.

The BGA website need a small improvement so that we can hide the option when there is more than 2 players. Currently this options can only be forbidden for more than 2 players, but then you would have to switch it off and on everytime you change the number of players you want to play with, which is worse.

=> I change this ticket into a display issue

According to my (Dutch) rulebook (spelarch.vives.be/PDFspelregels/17045.pdf) The Mighty Duel is meant to be played by 2 players only.

I was playing a 4 player game with the 7x7 option enabled.
The UI was allowing me to move around to more than 5x5 so I assumed it was working.
The other day though the UI stopped doing that and now it's fixed at 5x5 even though the options say 7x7.
This is very annoying because I had planned my next move for 7x7 and now I can't make it. :(

It is misleading to see the options indicate 7x7 when multiple players are playing. I was not originally aware that 7x7 is only for 2 players. Please fix this.

With 2 copies of Kingdomino you can also play the variant with 4 players. It would be better to activate the 4 player version than to remove the option.

This is not fixed yet. I entered a game with four and it said "7x7' so I played my game accordingly, unaware that 7x7 is rule for 2 players only.

Aslo happened in a 3 players game for me, it was enabled by Kola (one of my friends) and get automatically disable.

We played with 4 players, I see that under Options "Das große Duell" with 7x7 field is activated, but we have only a 5x5 field. That is very confused.

The rule is clear for only 2 players. To play woth 4 players, you need two boxes.

Is that supposed to be FIXED ?
I dunno if what Vince noticed is still true, but I have worse : tournaments with more than 2 players can still feature "the mighty duel".

Look what I just did just register for !

Number of players in a match : 4
Number of players in a match (minimum) : 3
The Mighty Duel : On (7x7 Kingdom)

Btw, didn't know I had to check for both the mighty duel AND the number of players, since... well, it says mighty duel is on, right ?
Now, I have to play (and probably lose) *turn based* 4P game... eeerk.
