To clarify on table 581093366

the table loads just fine in observer mode when not logged in, it loads just fine for any player but Verrous, but if Verrous logs in it will not load and Verrous needs to pick the menu so the game cannot progress.

Please remove the karma hit I took for "quitting" that game and running out of time - there was nothing I could do.

I tried a few games, and the bug seems to be with whoever is the starting player. I played with 7 people, and only the person that had to choose the menu got stuck

This is happening to me too, in table id 596163671 (game: Sushi Go Party)
F5 is not resolving the problem.
The problem appears consistently (every time) for this game across different browsers (chrome 131.0.6778.86 and firefox 133.0) and on different devices (macOs 14.7.1 and android 13)
I can access without problems to all the other table I'm currently in, only on this table the interface gets stuck, every single time I try to open it.
I also tried accessing the table from incognito, and I get stuck there too. I would rule out any cookie-related problem.

It seems to be the player that selects the menu at the start of the game that is unable to load the game.

I found a temp fix to be able to Quit Game if you're the one stuck.

1. In the URL bar, navigate to the end where the long string of numbers are (ex. 598427377)

2. Change the last number in that string (using the example above 598427377 becomes 598427376)

3. Hit enter (this will load a random table from other players)

4. Then change the number back to what it was before 598427376 becomes 598427377 again

5. Hit enter and you should reach a page that looks like the one you were just on for your stuck table

6. From here you can select Quit Game

I had the same issue:
Ended up quitting the game by finding the game number (in the URL), then going to the URL: boardgamearena.com/table?table=[game number - without brackets]
This went to the game information page, from which there was a button to 'quit game'.

Had the same problem at boardgamearena.com/4/sushigoparty?table=605959571, managed to quit thanks to ACForward's tip above. Refreshing didn't help and neither did leaving the website. Everyone else was able to see the interface and quit the game.

Me pasa exactamente lo mismo en 2 mesas distintas, he probado tanto por navegador (opera gx) como por la app de android y ambas se quedan pegadas en 10%, recargo y sigue pegado en 10%
Es bastante molesto que al apretar ir a la mesa siguiente me redirige a esta que no carga

This happened today and it seems to happen to the player who selects the menu.

I tried to play twice, both times the game loaded fine for everyone other than the player who selected the menu. This was a different player, in a different location, each time.

Can't get past this screen today when I go to check out the games that it's my turn on (red notification button in the top right corner). Because of that, I can't play any of the games I'm currently in (including other types of games) and other players are waiting indefinitely for their turn. There is no option to at least go to another table to take my turn on another game on the desktop or phone browser while this one gets resolved.

We had this issue with 8 players. The player choosing the Menu clicks on the invitation but cannot join the game, the page hangs on the 10% game loading screen, with the error something like "cannot load null" All other players are in the game waiting and have to abandon. The game hangs so bad for the player that you can't even get the screen to abandon without penalty.

It is reproducible consistently when playing with 7-8 players, the one person who should be choosing the Menu sticks on the 10% game loading screen for forever and the game is not starting for anyone else (we still see the menu selection screen). Only way to get past the screen is to quit the game, which decreased my karma/reputation by 10%.

I cannot load the game - stuck at 10% loading game art - tried with 4 different devices, all same issue - Win10 on chrome, iPhone and iPad on safari, Linux on Chrome and Firefox. I am the player who is supposed to choose the menu at the start of the game, there are 8 players total, everyone else is able to load the table. I have played the game before on BGA with no issues with fewer players.

I am unable to launch the game it gets stuck on 10% I have tried Chrome and Safari. I have tried on a pc and on my ipad. I have tried to F5 and even tried logging out and back in. I cannot even get the chat up to see if users will cancel.

We tried to open 2 lobbies last night #738737821 was one of them, both times the menu choosing player (different player each time) could not access the game at all, got an error message and could not join therefore we could not start the game, that player couldnt access the abandon game vote so we had to quit the games and loose Karma. Refreshing did not help, they could not get into the game at all

Playing with friends while on a video call. Two different people using different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) for two different games could not open the game and they were (separately for each game) the player who was supposed to pick the menu.
