Refreshed and happened again. Happened to the other two players in the game when attempting the same move

We were down to the last bit of the game and the only legal move was to pop two white tokens, but every time we tried we got an error message. my turn ran out eventually and my opponent tried the same (only option) move and got the same error message.

now today i have received an email saying i quit the game, but there was no choice!

then yesterday i invited a different friend to play this same game (Color Pop) and he accepted but the game didn't start for either of us (though the top of our screens both said the game was active. eventually we were registered as quitting this game because there was no way to play! this is frustrating and i don't want to be penalized as someone who quits games when it wasn't my choice.

We could not pop white tokens. We abandoned the game to be able to finish it.

Hier, lors de la partie que j’ai joué avec une amie, il était impossible de faire éclater les bulles blanches. Nous étions plus en mesure de jouer et mon tour a pris fin. J’ai aussi eu beaucoup d’avis comme quoi il y avait un problème de serveur. Je comprends que présentement avec le confinement, votre site est en surcharge et les problèmes ne m’ont pas vraiment dérangé. Par contre, le fait de recevoir un courriel de votre part pour dire qu’on ne peut pas quitter une partie est dérangeant.

Same problem here -- I am in a current game; the only available move is to pop two white dots, and every time I try, I get an error like this: 1.boardgamearena.com 23/04 19:28:02. F5/the refresh button doesn't solve it, and neither does restarting my computer.

Two colors wouldn't pop.
However, others would. After I recorded the video of the error, I tried a different pair and was able to pop.

Not a bug: White tokens are special can only be popped in a selection with another color.

I just figured out the same.
The white colors act like a wildcard and can be popped with other colors.
So the bug is in the response (BGA service error) when you only select white colors.

happening to me also. Only available move is white and cannot pop
f5 didn't help. Neither did opening in Edge instead of Chrome

One more data point: experienced same bug on Linux (Fedora 33) with Firefox 86.0 and firefox 90.0.2
(and tried various permutations of trying to pop the three)
