#156352: "Unable to "UNSELECT" card"

If I intend to do an action and highlight a card, it doesn't unhighlight if I choose not to continue with the action. This becomes problematic because the interface doesn't recognize the stuck card.

The interface wouldn't recognize it and I couldn't reselect it for another action. Something can happen in a separate action that makes the card available. But I can't remember what.
