I acquired a quest from an exploration effect.
Quest count got updated (2->3) but new quest is not displayed.

Given that F5 solves it, it's probably a client side issue. Client side issues don't always show up on replay.

It's possible. If the issue is still there in replay, it represents an issue in displaying the updated information. If not, maybe a connectivity issue or something. We can fix the former.

For what it's worth, I did see a quick animation that was probably meant to be the quest moving toward my area but it was actually moving to the upper left. I'm not 100% sure what it was because it was quick and I wasn't really paying attention.

Did a replay, the problem is still there.
There is some sort of very quick animation on move 80 that is way to quick to see what is happening and the quest count is adapted but you don't see the quest.
You do see the quest after move 81 but in the game that meant after the end of the turn.

Do you mean that you watched the replay or that you played a new game? The replay will always contain the bug.

Sure enough. I see the players struct update and the javascript interface indicates it is aware of your third card, but it isn't displayed right away.
