@Moof: The bug, you linked, is currently in status "open" (i.e. "Bug has not been reproduced by developers yet").
Are you sure, that this means, a responsible developer is already working on this bug (or at least has taken note of this bug)?
(I agree with you, that this bug is most probably BGA related and not game-specific; but I do can't see that BGA is aware if this bug. Maybe, you as a game developer can escalate/report it to BGA, so that they may get aware of this bug.)
