Looking at your replay, I believe that's working as designed: per the rules, Neuro Rhythm allows moving an agent 1 + N spaces, where N is the number of the recruiter's secret feature cards that have been discarded via SHAKEDOWN, and it appears that at that point in the replay, the recruiter has in fact discarded two secret feature cards, allowing a Neuro Rhythm move of three spaces. Unless I'm misinterpreting this?
