I have been seeing this bug as well on my iPhone 15 running IOS 18.4.1 using the Google browser app. It usually happens when I buy a card and it is trying to display the movement of a new card and updated display of cards in the modified card market. It shows only a couple of cards instead of 6. Causing Google to refresh the page, will display the full new card market.

Thank you for reporting this bug and being patient.
It is a bit challenging to fix this bug because I am not able to see it; it is not happening for me on my devices. However, as one of you speculated, I believed there is a timing issue between the animations and the screen update. When I changed the timing of these actions in the code, I was able to recreate the bug. So I've modified the code with a small delay between the animation and the update of the screen. This introduces a more noticeable flicker, but it is preferable to an incorrect display.
Please let me know if this did not fix the bug.
