Assistant tiller allows me to a till a field everytime I use the day labour action. This was functioning correctly at the start of the game. However this has not worked correctly mid-game onwards.

It occured before but I cancelled my move to take something more optimal given the interface wasn't allowing me to plow. But Move 470 clearly demonstrates I was not given the option to till after taking day labor action.
