I think a warning should be proposed when planning a move on a field with speed > speed limit.
IRL this kind of mistake would be forgiven.
It is very frustrating when it happens and can spoil the game experience despite the gorgeous adaptation... • ¿Qué navegador estás usando?

An initial suggestion like that has already been posted.
But it has been rejected by the dev quickly, so it cannot be voted for.
Since the debate is real (with pro and cons), I post that suggestion in order to let people who agree vote.

If no consensus can be found, I suggest to implement a game option instead of just ignoring the problem.

I think we should start by dealing with the following bug:
#17687: "Don’t place dice automatically"
Because you can’t push someone on the tracks, and then warn them: "Watch out, the train is coming!".

Some will argue that making this mistake is part of the game, but it really ruins the fun of a close game when somebody makes this mistake. You should win/lose based on your skill/luck, not an error in reading the board or understanding the rules. Also, I doubt this occurs in a live game, since either folks would miss it entirely or allow the (usually) minor correction that fixes the issue.
Plenty of other games warn you when you're doing something that may be an error. For example, Through the Ages warns you if you pass with actions left, or will gain corruption. Terra Mystica warns you when you pass at the end of the round that you'll be passing for the remainder of the round.
Loss of Control can be a huge penalty, losing a turn and potentially gaining damage. It makes sense when you've pushed your luck, *that's* the game, but overlooking or misunderstanding how those little numbers work just feels like an annoying gotcha. It is particularly frustrating for beginners, but even experienced players can make this mistake, and it leads to a less satisfying/fun game.

I would argue that this is a lot easier to see those symbols in the real game, than it is on this interface (like especially on a phone),
so there should be something that flashes and lets you know that the die placement may cause a problem.
It could just flash up on screen, but it should have something.

I don't think this should be implemented, but if it is - please make it an option.
I think the game should not be played with those warnings - but I understand that newcomers to the game might want to have them.

I agree it should at least be an option, or the tile iconography should be changed so all the tile symbols are much larger. They are too small and there is particularly an issue with the dotted symbols next to the faded artwork effect on the tiles.

@elfstone: not only newcommers. I have played a couple of games and occasionally fall in the trap because of fewer focus at a particular moment. There are so much things to think to optimize your race that it is still easy for people like me to make that mistake, especially when the game goes long.
I don't want to be stressed thoughout game watching for that silly mistake and I want to free my mind for real strategy stuff (risk management, choice of end gear...).
What makes this especially difficult if that you lose the contact with physical game, so I think I would not do that mistake in live; the focus mechanism is not the same and should be taken in account, IMO.
And according to me, there is no glory winning because your opponent made that mistake. Even if I am the winner that way. This is why I prefer to warn the player if I see he is about to do that kind of wrong move, in a fair play fashion, because I know I can do that mistake too and I would be graceful for anyone who would warn me since there is no warning provided by BGA...
