The previous bug ticket was closed as fixed. The developer asked that a new ticket would be opened if it happens again. This display bug happened when I selected an action from the history and I chose "Replay from this move". You can reproduce by following this link: boardgamearena.com/9/offtherails?table=152335584&replayFrom=159
