one play quit the game and over the time limit; however the player did not be kicked out and game stuck

I couldn't hit the dice, so I refreshed the page, and everything played from the beginning, I was out of time way before I can play again

so frustrating, everything was moving so slowiy; I timed out and was expelled. The clock I had didn't even tick down until it was in the red. I'm about ready to quit BGA as this keeps happening, and I lose Karma through no fault of my own.
