At the end scoring this building is supposed to give 1ppl per orange building of the left neighbour. I’m not sure, who is considered my left neighbour, but both of them had 3 orange buildings. Does the game see us playing in a line with me not having any left neighbour?• ¿La infracción de las reglas es visible en la repetición de la partida? Si es así, ¿en qué jugada?

It seems to me, sg went wrong with this card again.
I am not sure my understanding is perfect, but expected to get 3 green symbols instead of 2, at the end of the game. Can you please check it? Am I right?
