So I proposed to make the two expansions compatible, waiting for the Fan Factions each to have their own unique and peculiar Special Landscape, to equip them with a generic one that could simply be a free building of value 1 which immediately gives 3VP to be placed for free when it transforms. a piece of land in your ideal terrain (standard cost of the Special Landscape).
