Allow the clue-writers to recommend skipping a word (re-drawing a new card). This would be done BEFORE showing the clues that people wrote.
If everyone (or majority) agree, then use a new word.
This can be an optional feature that players can determine if they want allowed or not as a setting when creating the table.

I support this suggestion. I am British, and today we received the word 'cornhole', which is a totally unknown word in this country (and when we looked it up we were more than happy about that). It the guessers all agree, then there should be an opiton to replace word with a new one.

Other reasons to implement something like this:
- A player has typed his clue on the chat by mistake
- The judge has approved ilegal clues (or invalidated valid ones)

Also, after a couple of plays we have had a number of repeated words. It would be good to skip a word if you have had that word recently. Maybe the randomizer algorythm needs to be looked at also.

An additional reason to have a skip option:
- If clue-givers see that the word is impossible for the guesser because of not being native to the language of the game.
If it gets implemented, there should be a differentiation between "skipping" and "passing".
skipping: clue givers decide to replace proposed mystery word by another (see reasons above)
passing: guesser decides not to make a guess
An alternative: keep pass / skip for current guesser's option and have the new implemented option called "replace word" or something similar.

If you allow players to choose to skip a word,
Please do it by a simple MAJORITY vote - please don't require it to be a unanimous vote.
You could also place a TIMER on the vote, so that anyone who doesn't vote after 15 seconds doesn't have their vote counted - in order to keep the game moving along.
Please also play a SOUND when you want people to vote, so that players know there is something extra they have to do on screen (in case they have looked away).
