When there are two kingdoms with different colored leaders, and they unite and there is no war, you cannot undo that action even though the player didn't just realize that they shouldn't have gone to war.

This problem should be easy to reproduce by creating two kingdoms with different leaders in each, and uniting them without causing war. This problem has appeared several times.

This is similar to this bug, where if you make any placement that causes another player to take an action (like collect a treasure), it is impossible to undo: boardgamearena.com/bug?id=70019

Even after many many games, this bug (& related bugs that prevent undo's) still catches me sometimes.
It seems asymmetrical – on almost every move you have the chance to undo your action. But for just a few, once you've made the move you're locked into it.

I came here to report exactly the same thing. The reason its important to the implementation is that as a player it's been designed so that whatever you do you have the option to 'undo' before you commit (even a contested war). This is the only situation where you cannot take back your tile once placed and is inconsistent with how it works with a war when there is conflict. It cost me a full point in a tournament so I'm very dissapointed to discover this was flagged over a year ago and has not been looked at.
