Excuse my confusion but is there more than one version of the rules to this game? Some of the cards are slightly but significantly different from their counterparts in the TTA app.

Hameraabi - On BGA you simply get one less military and one more civil action whereas on the TTA app, it is a choice each turn that allows you to use one military action as a civil one but it is not mandatory. If makes quite a big difference to the overall usefulness of this leader card.

Ocean Liner - On BGA it is 5 less food to increase pop each turn, on the TTA app it is one free pop each turn.

If there are different versions of the rules, is there a way you could have these differences as optional house rules?
