With the current display of nightmare mode, it looks like the verification cards are already associated with the right criteria cards. When we want to test the verification card "A" we actually have to click on the criteria card below, just like we were testing the criteria itself, which is a bit confusing.
It would be better if we had to click on the letter and not on the criteria card. • ¿Qué navegador estás usando?

Adding on to what Leiyaa has said, Nightmare mode means that we won't know which verifier for which associated criteria cards. Hence instead of the normal selection of the criteria cards, for each verifier card add the associated numeric criteria cards.
It will be helpful to have a checkbox selection for each criteria card to know if this criteria does it suit verifier A, verifier B, or not?

Nothing to add except this also confused me, as someone who owns the physical game but tried Nightmare on BGA as their first foray into that mode.

I don't have physical game but I know from videos that on the back of actual physical cards you have 6 checkboxes with A,B,C,D,E,F by them , and you can use it to indicate deductions. (or write assigmned verifier in other modes).

Please fix this in some way as a priority: the majority of "bug" reports here stem from people failing to understand that they are playing a Nightmare Mode game! It's frustrating seeing the same non-bugs being posted over and over again due to this one issue.

Even simply adding a large gap and a warning between verifiers and criteria cards will make players notice something is different in the table.
