Nian Shou, an evil spirit, threatens the balance of our world and only the most powerful master of spirits will triumph. Master your yin and yang to enchant Celestial Spirits... or pass over to the evil side! You read that right, in BEYOND, you can join the evil side and rule the world with an iron fist, leaving no chance for your enemies.
In this competitive card game, the player with the most energy points wins. To secure these precious points, you need to gather 4 cards representing one of the celestial spirits, it then becomes enchanted and cannot be stolen away from you. To obtain cards, you can push your luck when drawing cards, use tokens in exchange for cards or steal cards from other players, using the back side of your cards (yeah, the cards have 2 sides).
When a player has performed 3 celestial enchantments (basically has completed 3 sets of 4 celestial cards), the game comes to an end and the count for energy points starts. BGA will do this part and name the winner. And there is another way to win BEYOND, instantly: enchant the Nian Shou Spirit, which means that you must have all 6 of this Evil Spirit's unique cards.
Does this sound all too easy? Try the advanced mode and use protection tokens or summon spirits. This should make things interesting…

Nian Shou, un espíritu maligno, amenaza el equilibrio de nuestro mundo y solo el maestro de espíritus más poderoso triunfará. Domina tu yin y yang para encantar a los Espíritus Celestiales... ¡O pásate al lado oscuro! Así es, en BEYOND, puedes unirte al lado oscuro y gobernar el mundo con mano de hierro, sin darles ninguna oportunidad a tus enemigos.
En este juego de cartas competitivo, gana el jugador con más puntos de energía. Para conseguir esos preciados puntos, debes reunir 4 cartas que representen a uno de los espíritus celestiales; al hacerlo, la carta se vuelve encantada y ya no pueden robártela. Para obtener cartas, puedes tentar a la suerte al robarlas, usar fichas para canjearlas o robar cartas a otros jugadores usando el reverso de las tuyas (sí, las cartas tienen dos caras).
Cuando un jugador haya realizado 3 encantamientos celestiales (es decir, haya completado 3 conjuntos de 4 cartas celestiales), la partida termina y comienza el conteo de puntos de energía. BGA se encargará de esta parte y anunciará al ganador. Existe otra forma de ganar BEYOND instantáneamente: encantar al Espíritu Nian Shou, lo que significa que debes tener las 6 cartas únicas de este Espíritu Maligno.
