The summary doesn't actually say who wins. It says "The game ends when someone reaches the target score." but doesn't indicate that this person is the winner. I assume that that's the case, but I'm in the middle of my first game and it's unclear. It also doesn't indicate that for 500 Rummy that the cards played into melds are scored at that point.
